Join the Zumba Mid-day Dance party hosted by Certified and celebrated Zumba Instructor, Irisha Brown.
Dance your lunch time away to rhythmic Latin music and hot Afro-funk movements and music. No dance experience is necessary.
Your mid-day will never be the same! Treat yourself to a fun way to move your body and seriously feel the funk!
Classes are from 12:00 to 12:45 PM at the NJCHL, 292 Bloomfield Ave., Montclair NJ

It is with great pleasure that Intimate Engagements presents these two 'quality of life' discussions featuring Dr. Ansley LaMar. Dr. LaMar, is a psychologist and professor of psychology at New Jersey City University. His career spans over thirty years and includes research he has conducted on altruism, race relations, criminal sentencing, and the academic needs of college students.
In addition to holding a doctorate in Social Psychology, Dr. LaMar is a certified Life Coach, a certified Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming, and specializes in applying social psychological theories, principles and research to enhance individual and group effectiveness.
These discussions will surely be informative and filled with information you can immediately apply --as necessary-- to achieve greater levels of personal fulfillment.
